You will join the baker at the Bisschopsmolen for a hands-on workshop, to make your own pan aceite.
This is a Mediterranean type of bread, with a diversity of toppings.
You will make your own dough and learn about key elements of our artisanal way of baking.
When the dough is ready, each will decorate their pan aceite with toppings of their own liking, for example olives, cheese or tomato.
